Card & Loan Officer (20-33K)

(Basic Salary + Allowance + Incentive)

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional and all rounded hotline services, handle enquiries and promote unsecured loan products (card, personal loan, etc.) proactively via inbound and outbound channels
• Promote loan/insurance products when customer’s need are being identified to reach the sales achievement for the                     department
• Contribute to the achieving the section’s service and sales objectives
• Timely respond to customer’s feedbacks, drive for service improvement and better customer experience

Requirements:

• 24 hours shift required
• Working location: Kowloon Bay
• HKDSE / HKCEE or above
• 2 years loan sales experience in call center or direct sales
• Customer-oriented with good communication skills.
• Good command in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus.
