Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Occupational Therapists/ Nurse in providing education workshop, assessment and training on the selection of appropriate Gerontech products, rehabilitation and home care aids for ageing in place
  • Support the Centre operations, assist in visit tour, general activities and mass event
  • Support product manual and video production
  • Maintain the Gerontech product database, conduct stock-taking, perform simple product maintenance and answer the inquiries about the products
  • Undertake any other duties as assigned by Supervisors
     

Requirements:

  • Completion of HKCEE/ HKDSE (minimum five passes, including English, Chinese and Mathematics) equivalent or above
  • Certificated Occupational Therapy Assistant/ Physiotherapy Assistant is preferred
  • 2 years working experience in elderly or rehabilitation service will be an advantage
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
  • Proficient in PC knowledge (including Microsoft Office), knowledge of video production and graphic design is an advantage
  • On-the-job Training of the Gerontech products will be provided to the hired candidate(s), accreditation in training assessment is one of the prerequisite for passing probation
     

Working Location: Shatin
