Qualifications & experience

• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Previous experience in airline cargo handling or airline/airport operations
• To ensure on-time performance, monitor freighter weight and balance, as well as aircraft loading
• Detail-minded, independent and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Willing to work on shift (day, night and overnight) as per roster
• Other duties as assigned

Tasks & responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the loading and unloading of cargo to and from aircraft, ensuring compliance with safety and security regulations.
• Ensure adherence to safety and security protocols in all cargo operations, including the handling of dangerous goods and special cargo.
• Collaborate closely with the team to coordinate flight schedules and cargo load planning.
• Act as a liaison between the ground handling team, cargo agents, and flight crew, facilitating clear communication and coordination.
• Accurately enter and update cargo information in the system.
