Job Description:

  • Manage the end-to-end bid and proposal process for new channel opportunities, including developing pricing models, drafting responses, and negotiating contract terms
  • Monitor and report on channel sales run rate, providing regular updates on key performance metrics such as revenue, bookings, pipeline, and forecast to sales leadership
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for APAC channel teams, handling inquiries, providing category sales support, and resolving any issues or escalations
  • Consolidate and analyze channel sales data from multiple sources to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks
  • Collaborate with the channel sales team to develop and implement processes and tools to improve operational efficiency, such as streamlining quoting, order management, and invoicing
  • Provide ongoing training and support to channel partners to ensure they are equipped to effectively sell and support the product portfolio
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners

 

Job Requirements:

  • University or Bachelors degree in any discipline.
  • Typically 5-8 years of professional experience with Sales Operations, Business Planning experience preferred.
  • Consumer and/or Commercial Partner management expertise. End User Acct management as an alternative.
