Job Description
Harlan’s Bar & Restaurant located in Tsim Sha Tsui has long been a preferred haven for lovers of fine Western and continental cuisine in Hong Kong.
Job Responsibilities:
- Full understanding of menu items, recipes, ingredients, and cooking methods, presentation standard
- Familiar with all kitchen equipment and operate properly in accordance with the safety guidelines
- Follow up the daily operation production and check the food storage
- Assist in kitchen with food production
- Support kitchen operations in general and sometimes in specified area
- Make sure food quality and hygiene are maintained
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate required. Culinary school preferred.
- Good command of English and Cantonese
- Culinary experience in hotels or fine dining restaurants is preferred
- Knowledge about food portion control and food cost
- Have passion for cuisine, team player, cheerful and good communication skills
