Chief Accountant

Kodec Holdings Limited is seeking a Chief Accountant to join us!

Responsibilities:

•        Handle full set of accounts, secretarial & legal matters and tax planning of the Group

•        Manage all financial, treasury, budgeting, forecasting, credit control and other accounting activities for the  group companies

•        Prepare individual companies' management report, Group consolidation and statutory accounts, and also related schedules

•        Other management accounting related functions or ad hoc assignment

•        Ensure the accounting records and documentation in compliance with the local statutory requirement and company accounting policies

Requirements:

•        Diploma holder of Accounting discipline or member of HKICPA or equivalent

•        At least 5 years of accounting experience with 2-3 years supervisory experience with Commercial Background, experience in manufacturing experience is an asset

•        Experience in auditing is an advantage

•        Experienced in handling PRC accounts and taxation matters is a definite advantage

•        Travel to PRC and overseas trip is required
