Our mission is to assist Hong Kong students in mastering basic Chinese grammar and correct Mandarin pronunciation, fostering good reading habits in children, and improving their Chinese speaking and self-expression abilities.

Position Type: Chief Technology Officer (CTO) 

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to be responsible for the company's technology strategy and development direction. As the CTO, you will lead the technology team, drive technological innovation, and ensure that technology solutions support the overall business objectives of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company's technology strategy to support business goals and growth.
• Lead the technology team, managing work in software development, system architecture, cybersecurity, and other areas.
• Evaluate and introduce new technologies to enhance the company's competitiveness and efficiency.
• Collaborate with other executives to ensure technology aligns with the company's overall strategy.
• Monitor technology trends and market dynamics, adjusting the technology strategy to adapt to changes.
• Manage the technology budget, ensuring effective use of resources.
• Establish and maintain relationships with technology partners and vendors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Over 20 years of technical management experience, with at least 10 years in a CTO or similar C-level position.
• Strong technical background, familiar with the software development lifecycle and modern technology architectures.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is required.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Outstanding communication abilities, capable of effectively collaborating with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
• Strategic thinking skills, able to make decisions in a rapidly changing environment.
