Duties
- Provide clerical support for the academic programmes and student related matters;
- Assist in organising outreach, promotion and other departmental events;
- Provide logistics support for the daily operations of the General Office;
- Maintain department website, social media platforms and database; and
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 5 passes in HKCEE/HKDSEE including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics, with at least 2 years’ relevant work experience;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
- Proficiency in using MS Office applications (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint);
- A motivated team player with good communication and organisational skills; and
- Ability to work independently and efficiently on multiple tasks are required.
- Preference will be given to candidates with a Bachelor’s degree and/or sound knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and web/multi-media software applications.
Candidates with more than 6 years’ relevant working experience may be considered for appointment as Clerical Officer I.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a written test.
Salary and Conditions of Service
Remuneration package will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract; fringe benefits include gratuity, leave, medical and dental schemes.
