Job Description
We are a Catholic multi-service social welfare agency. Applications are invited for the following vacancies:
Local Service
Local Service Coordination Office
Clerk II
Duties and Responsibilities :
- The successful candidate is to assist Local Service Manager (Kowloon) with the following duties:
- Perform daily operational and administrative tasks for the general office;
- Provide clerical support for committee meetings;
- Assist in handling financial matters related to the center;
- Assist in organizing events raised by the organization;
- Perform any other duties assigned by Headquarters or managers.
Qualifications and Requirements :
- F.5 or DSE graduates;
- Relevant work experience is preferred;
- Basic knowledge of accounting;
- Proficient in computer applications;
- Basic property management experience is an advantage;
- Fair command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
Salary : $15,000 or above (commensurate with qualifications and experience)
