Job Description

We are a Catholic multi-service social welfare agency. Applications are invited for the following vacancies:

Local Service

Local Service Coordination Office

Clerk II

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • The successful candidate is to assist Local Service Manager (Kowloon) with the following duties:
  • Perform daily operational and administrative tasks for the general office;
  • Provide clerical support for committee meetings;
  • Assist in handling financial matters related to the center;
  • Assist in organizing events raised by the organization;
  • Perform any other duties assigned by Headquarters or managers.

Qualifications and Requirements :

  • F.5 or DSE graduates;
  • Relevant work experience is preferred;
  • Basic knowledge of accounting;
  • Proficient in computer applications;
  • Basic property management experience is an advantage;
  • Fair command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

Salary : $15,000 or above (commensurate with qualifications and experience)
