Job Description

Job Duties

  • Provide general clerical and administrative support to construction project department / team.
  • Undertake clerical duties including data entry, scanning, filing, and record-keeping, etc.
  • Handle routine office work and ad hoc tasks.

Requirements:

  • DSE or above.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing applications.
  • At least 1 year working experience, clerical or project co-ordination experience is preferable.
  • Good command of English and Cantonese.
  • Good telephone manner and communication skills.
  • Experience in construction industry is preferable .
  • Earliest availability is preferable.
