Job Duties
- Provide general clerical and administrative support to construction project department / team.
- Undertake clerical duties including data entry, scanning, filing, and record-keeping, etc.
- Handle routine office work and ad hoc tasks.
Requirements:
- DSE or above.
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing applications.
- At least 1 year working experience, clerical or project co-ordination experience is preferable.
- Good command of English and Cantonese.
- Good telephone manner and communication skills.
- Experience in construction industry is preferable .
- Earliest availability is preferable.
