Client Service Assistant, Derivatives (Math/Comp Sci/Fin Engineering background)

Job Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the reconciliation and verification of daily trading transactions, as well as completing trade booking;
• Collaborating with the trading desk to execute fund transfers, securities transfers, and other pertinent operations as per instructions
• Collecting and managing data pertaining to various underlyings
• Aiding traders in executing OTC derivatives hedging, engaging in trading activities across major global stock and futures markets
• Facilitate the management of cash flow, daily reporting, and monitoring the lifecycle of trading products
• Assist quants in the development of automated solutions tailored to trading desk daily tasks
• Other duties as shall from time to time be directed by supervisors

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above from reputable universities in Mathematics, Computer Science, Financial Engineering or any related discipline
• Meticulous, resilient, and a profound interest in trading and international markets
• Preferably, prior experience in OTC derivatives trading & booking
• With decent knowledge in at least one programming language (such as Python, C#, Java) and familiarity with SQL
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese), with exceptional communication skills
