This advisory role is responsible for exploring business opportunities and following up with potential customers, bearing financial targets. The ideal candidate should understand customer requirements and offer cloud services and solutions that enhance customer efficiency and profitability.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Uncover, validate and understand customer needs and business objectives
- Advise corporate customer to pick the right cloud solution meeting their needs
- Regular review and update with customer to ensure customer success in their cloud journey
- Develop, record, accurately forecast and report pipeline for attaining revenue and profit targets
- Work with Cloud Solution Architect to design cloud services and solutions to meet customer specific needs and engage in the whole selling cycle
- Assist in and actively support marketing activities such as seminar, event, roadshow, training and webinar
- Team play with operation and service teams to look after existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and customer success
- Partner management - Work directly with partner to drive sales cycle in appropriate timeframes to meet revenue targets
We are looking for:
- Degree in any discipline
- 2 years of working experience in corporate B2B business (Telecom/ISP/SI partners with Microsoft Cloud sales experiences are preferrable but not a must)
- With proven sales track record is a plus
- Basic Knowledge or concept in Cloud solution such as Office 365 and Azure, Cloud backup and security solution and Managed service is an advantage
- Interested in developing your career in fast growing Cloud industry becoming a professional
- Passionate, aggressive, agile, self-disciplined, strong planning and eager to success in being a trusted advisor
- Effective communication, interpersonal, negotiating and presentation skills
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
