Job Summary:

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Respond to clients’ requests for technical assistance via email, in person, and phone or remote connection
  • Provide Tier 2 support to clients via phone calls, live chat and tickets system
  • Record and update the status in the ticketing system
  • Escalate unresolved issues / requests to the corresponding helpdesk for Tier 3 support
  • Ensure timely resolution of issues by acquiring necessary information to best measure impact to the customer
  • Provide on-site technical support for servers and desktop PCs, both software and hardware, if needed
  • Assist with installation and configuration of computer system
  • Participate in various Cloud solution projects such as Microsoft 365 or Azure Infrastructure
  • Provide other IT-related support as required by the business

We are looking for:

  • Diploma / Certificate or above in IT or related disciplines
  • Minimum 4 years of IT support (desktop or server) or relevant working experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, SQL Server, Azure, Active Directory, Linux, Windows Server, Exchange Server skill is an advantage.
  • Be responsible for network setup, support, deployment and administration including but not limited to firewall, VPN, VLAN, WLAN, Switch, VC, Wireless router/AP, etc.
  • Responsible, fast learner and able to work independently
  • Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese, English and Mandarin
