Commercial Manager/Contract Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise all the project commercial matters and QS which are aligned with the company’s strategic goals and maximize profitability & sustainable growth of the company business 
• Establish robust commercial management systems on revenue, cost, cashflow, changes, claims, subcontracting and subletting
• Responsible for providing quantity surveying services including preparation of cost estimates, cost plans, tenders, contracts and financial statements, final accounts and settlement of claims
• Coordinate closely with project managers, quantity surveyors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective commercial management
• Execute effective commercial and contractual plans to protect the Company's interests and maintain positive clients' relations

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or an equivalent discipline 
• At least 10 years of relevant working experiences in commercial management and quantity surveying, preferably in large-scale fitting-out projects in Hong Kong 
• Strong understanding of contract law, tendering, and negotiation processes 
• In-depth knowledge of construction contract, cost management and commercial best practices 
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills 
• Member of HKIS/RICS or equivalent would be an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Immediately available is preferred
