Job Description

    Assist in full range company secretarial and administrative duties for the private companies registered in major offshore jurisdictions (BVI, Seychelles) and Hong Kong.

Requirements

  • Degree or above, in Company Secretarial or related disciplines.
  • Student member of HKCGI (formerly known as HKICS) is preferred.
  • 1 year or above relevant experience in professional firm is preferred.
  • Knowledge of HK and offshore jurisdictions, experience in collaborating with intermediaries and clients in PR China or Taiwan is a merit.
  • Computer literate, knowledge of Viewpoint will be an advantage.
  • Mature, self-motivated and strong sense responsibility.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills .
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
