Job Description
- Assist in full range company secretarial and administrative duties for the private companies registered in major offshore jurisdictions (BVI, Seychelles) and Hong Kong.
Requirements
- Degree or above, in Company Secretarial or related disciplines.
- Student member of HKCGI (formerly known as HKICS) is preferred.
- 1 year or above relevant experience in professional firm is preferred.
- Knowledge of HK and offshore jurisdictions, experience in collaborating with intermediaries and clients in PR China or Taiwan is a merit.
- Computer literate, knowledge of Viewpoint will be an advantage.
- Mature, self-motivated and strong sense responsibility.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills .
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
