Computer Service Engineer (Server, Storage & Workstation Platform)

Salary: HK$34,944 - HK$45,103 + (Allowance $300)

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain and assist the enterprise server, storage, workstation and cloud platform, which will include the server farms, multi-tiers storage technologies, data centers management for Hospital Information System and all other related integration between sub-systems; and not limit to deploy/support/standardize/etc. work include hardware/software under SYSTEM (Server/Workstation/Cloud) & Storage scope

• Good vendor communication/management skills to ensure the compliance with hospital IT system standards, with minimal impacts to the end-users

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Computer-related discipline, with at least 3 years’ relevant experience in designing and managing enterprise server and storage environment

• Recognized Degree in Information Technology or related discipline is required

• Certification holder of Microsoft, VMWare, Dell EMC, Citrix, HP, RedHat Linux/CentOS, CCNA, Cloud, ITIL will be an added advantage

• Hands on experience in MS products (e.g. AD, DHCP, Exchange), Server, Storage, Virtualization, HCI, messaging security gateway, scripting, Cloud will be an added advantage

• Team player, but yet able to work individually or with minimal supervision

• Candidate who might not meet all above hands on experience are also welcome if he is Willing to learn, Responsible with “Can-do” and positive attitude
