Concierge Officer

Major Duties

• Assist patients to go up and down stairs to different clinic every day.
• Daily delivery of medical supplies and documents to clinics and offices.
• Assist in responding to patients’ inquiries.
• Any ad-hoc work required by the clinic manager / operations manager (for example, buying lunch boxes).

• 每日輔助病人上落樓梯到不同診所。
• 每日運送醫療物資及文件到診所和辦公室。
• 協助回應病人之詢問。
• 任何診所經理/前台經理所要求的額外工作 (例如，買飯盒)。

Requirement Summary

• Secondary school graduate or above
• Basic language command of English and Chinese
• Relevant previous working experience or any functional experience in private healthcare industry will be a plus
• Excellent Communication Skills and a Team Player
• Detail-minded, proactive and keen to learn
• Genuine Passion and Enthusiasm to work as a Teammate for customer service
