Job Description

About Your Role:
- Coordinate and manage events such as town halls meeting and long service award ceremonies
- Assist the function head with daily operations and provide secretarial support
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations for monthly HR management reports
- Update policies in the SharePoint sitemap and manage documentation
- Handle filing, scanning, personnel file management, and pension administration support
- Assist with other project management tasks as needed
Does it sound like you?
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and SharePoint
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in HR support or a similar role is preferred
