Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented HR Specialist (C&B Focus) to join our team on a 6-month contract. The successful candidate will manage payroll and pension processes, final payments, income tax administration, personnel file management, and other fringe benefits such as leave and medical.


About Your Role:

  • Execute the full cycle of payroll functions, including monthly payroll and final payment calculations, ensuring timely and accurate payments to employees
  • Manage pension contributions and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
  • Maintain and update personnel record with accurate and up-to-date information
  • Administer medical benefits and coordinate with healthcare providers as needed
  • Handle employee queries related to compensation, benefits and payroll
  • Assist with other employee benefits programs as required
  • 6-Month Renewable Contract


Does it sound like you?

  • High Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
  • Proven experience in payroll and benefits administration
  • Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors (EC Payroll) or similar HR systems is advantageous
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF Ordinance and related regulations
