Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversea the daily operation of the company kitchen
  • Control the quality of food preparation and production to ensure that it meets company standards
  • Manage procurement and inventory, strictly control the cost and quality of ingredients
  • Monitor kitchen inventory to reduce waste and optimize storage and use of ingredients
  • Ensure the kitchen area with high standard in food quality, safety & cleanliness
  • Perform other duties and ad hoc projects as required

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in Guangdong or Chinese cuisine restaurant, with experience in the staff canteen is an advantage
  • Passionate, determination and commitment for success in F&B industry
  • Good knowledge of food production and cooking skills
  • Familiar with F&B operation and cost control management
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English
  • Possessing a Hygiene Supervisor Certificate approved by the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department of Hong Kong is preferred
  • Immediate available is preferred

要求

  • 至少10年粵菜或中式餐廳工作經驗,有員工餐廳工作經驗者優先
  • 對餐飲業成功的熱情、決心與承諾
  • 熟悉食品生產和烹飪技巧
  • 熟悉餐飲營運及成本控制管理
  • 優秀的溝通、人際交往能力和解決問題的能力
  • 流利的中英文口說及書寫能力
  • 持有香港食物環境衛生署認可之衛生督導員證優先考慮
  • 可以立即上班者優先
