Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversea the daily operation of the company kitchen
- Control the quality of food preparation and production to ensure that it meets company standards
- Manage procurement and inventory, strictly control the cost and quality of ingredients
- Monitor kitchen inventory to reduce waste and optimize storage and use of ingredients
- Ensure the kitchen area with high standard in food quality, safety & cleanliness
- Perform other duties and ad hoc projects as required
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Guangdong or Chinese cuisine restaurant, with experience in the staff canteen is an advantage
- Passionate, determination and commitment for success in F&B industry
- Good knowledge of food production and cooking skills
- Familiar with F&B operation and cost control management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English
- Possessing a Hygiene Supervisor Certificate approved by the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department of Hong Kong is preferred
- Immediate available is preferred

要求
- 至少10年粵菜或中式餐廳工作經驗,有員工餐廳工作經驗者優先
- 對餐飲業成功的熱情、決心與承諾
- 熟悉食品生產和烹飪技巧
- 熟悉餐飲營運及成本控制管理
- 優秀的溝通、人際交往能力和解決問題的能力
- 流利的中英文口說及書寫能力
- 持有香港食物環境衛生署認可之衛生督導員證優先考慮
- 可以立即上班者優先
