Responsibilities:
- Strategic Communication and Documentation:
- Develop and implement communication strategies that enhance the company's interactions and relationships with government entities.
- Draft and manage the production of liaison materials, official correspondences, and detailed reports for government dealings.
- Internal Coordination and Advocacy:
- Facilitate effective internal communication among departments to align strategies and operations with government regulations and opportunities.
- Serve as a point of contact for corporate affairs involving government relations, ensuring consistent messaging and adherence to corporate objectives.
- Policy Analysis and Engagement:
- Monitor and analyze government policies and developments that affect the company, advising on communication strategies and business implications.
- Engage with policy makers and government officials to advocate for favorable policies and to secure business incentives.
- Project Management and Reporting:
- Lead the preparation and submission of project proposals to government agencies, securing support and funding while ensuring compliance with governmental procedures.
- Continuously report on the progress of government-related projects and initiatives to senior management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in corporate communication or government relations, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked directly with government agencies or in a public affairs capacity.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop clear, persuasive communications on complex topics for a variety of audiences.
- Proven track record of successful policy advocacy and partnership development with government entities.
- Ability to strategize, implement, and evaluate communication plans that support organizational objectives and comply with government regulations.
- Proficient in English, with outstanding crafting and editing skills.
