Corporate Finance Manager

Brightoil Petroleum is a leading player in the oil and gas industry. As one of the earliest private petroleum enterprises in China, we have consistently been ranked among the top500 enterprises in the country. We are currently seeking a talented Corporate Finance Manager to join our dynamic team.

As the Corporate Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our financial strategies and ensuring the efficient management of our financial resources. You will be responsible for financial planning, analysis, and reporting, as well as supporting strategic decision-making processes.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial models to support business decisions.
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and prepare reports for senior management
• Prepare and draft necessary documentation for debt and equity financing
• Independently engage with financial institutions and legal teams to review, negotiate, and follow up on all aspects pre- and post-transaction closing
• Oversee budgeting processes and ensure adherence to financial policies.
• Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risk.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations.
• Assist in handling business relations with banks and other financial institutions, and expanding financing channels
• Handle the ad hoc assignments as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate finance, financial analysis or banking, preferably in the oil & gas / energy sector
• Demonstrate practical experience in various financing structures, with a strong familiarity with financing documents
• Ability to build strategic relationship with internal and external parties in financial institutions and investors
• Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin) and English
