Job Description
1. Graphic design & POSM arrangement
● Develop creative concept, design layout and artwork output for campaigns, programs and products eg. web banners, leaflets, POSM, and related material
2. Online store
● Create standards, and implement best practices for new product listings, content creation, maintenance, and distribution for online store
3. SEM/SEO/Social media ad with ROI
● Plan, develop and implement SEO strategy
● Keep tracking response, evaluate and analyze post-event performance & effectiveness against objective and ROI;
4. Social media management
● Posting content across social media accounts and engaging with customers on different channels
● Convey products information for promoting products and brand online, using various channels and platforms, such as websites, social media, search engines to generate traffic and sales with audience.
5. CRM
● Drive Membership Acquisition, Retention and Engagement to achieve business goals
● Develop and implement CRM campaigns, engagement activities, and promotions for both online and offline platforms.
6. Sales marketing plan
● Organize and implement marketing plans for the group to support related promotional campaign and help to achieve business target
7. Keep connection with third party
● Work with agencies by managing day-to-day project activities include coordination and briefing ensure delivery meets quality standards
