As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Cross-border E-commerce Specialist to help us manage and grow our online stores across different international platforms.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and operate online stores on platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, and other international marketplaces.

• Conduct product listing, pricing, promotions, and daily operations to optimize sales performance.

• Monitor store performance, analyze sales data, and provide insights for business growth.

• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

• Research and identify potential new markets, trending products, and competitive pricing strategies.

• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, including discounts, vouchers, and flash sales.

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Stay up-to-date with e-commerce trends, platform policies, and international trade regulations.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in cross-border trade.

• Familiarity with online marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, etc.) and their operational tools.

• Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.

• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.

• Good communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin preferred).

• Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in digital marketing, SEO, or social media advertising is a plus.
