Job Description

Customer Support

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer questions regarding products and services.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving software application issues.

Quality Assurance Testing

  • Conduct testing of software applications to ensure functionality, usability and performance.
  • Develop and execute test plans and test cases.
  • Document defects and issues found during testing and collaborate with the software development team for resolution.
  • Collaborating with the software development and support team to relay customer insights and testing results.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss customer issues, testing results, and process improvements.

Requirement:

  1. Associated degree or above in either Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Admin. or equivalent.
  2. Proven experience in customer support or technical support roles.
  3. Experience in quality assurance or software testing, preferably in a technology or software development environment. 
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot issues effectively. 
  5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  6. Efficient, responsible, detail-minded, and customer centric.
  7. Fluent in Putonghua and Cantonese, with good English writing skills. 
  8. Passion in social media, online product promotion is a plus.
