We are a Women’s specialized medical centre seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Service and Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while also contributing to our marketing initiatives. Your ability to engage with customers and promote our brand will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and social media content.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.

Requirements:

- University graduate
- Fluent written and spoken English. Good command of Mandarin is a plus. 
- Previous experience in customer service or marketing roles.
- ⁠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- ⁠Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- ⁠Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
- ⁠Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- ⁠Creative thinking and a proactive approach to tasks.

Working hours:
- 5.5 days per week with alternate Saturdays off.
