Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handle customers’ inquiries, feedback and complaints
  • Process customers' orders e.g. order checking, order formulating, etc.
  • Manage product return workshop and warehouse
  • Provide clerical support including filing, data entry and any follow up action

Requirements

  • Form 5 or above
  • At least 2 years customer service working experience, preferred in electrical appliance industry
  • Proactive, self-motivated, well organized, with strong sense of responsibility
  • Good command of both written English and Chinese and spoken Cantonese
  • Well-versed in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Immediate available highly preferred
