We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Success Manager to join our team. You will act as a trusted liaison, helping clients maximize the value of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and objectives.
- Provide ongoing customer care to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address any issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries and enhance product offerings.
- Gather customer feedback and communicate it to relevant departments.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and renewals to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer success, account management, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of ERP / EAM solutions and their applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
- Familiarity with EAM / SCM / CRM software and customer success tools.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the software industry or SaaS environment.
- Knowledge of asset management, eProcurement practices and principles.
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer data and usage patterns.
