Data Analyst – e-Commerce Operations

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Data Analystto join our dynamic eCommerce team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing all the analytical reports which are served the backbone of our eCommerce business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Management: 
  • Retrieve required data from sources including ERP, Retailer portals, 3PL portals, Scraping services etc
  • Manage databases including Access, Databricks & Azure (limited) to meet reporting needs

• Power BI: 
  • Maintain and continuously improve existing PBI dashboards (17 dashes with 4 - 5 pages each)
  • Understand internal reporting needs and translate into new PBI reports or enhancement

• In-house Built Applications: 
  • Maintain systems / reporting including Falcon (Forecasting), Planning & 3PL Occupancy
  • Generate and distribute results weekly, trouble shoot with developers when necessary

• Project Management: 
  • Lead data migration projects (e.g. conversion from former Access to Databricks in phases)
  • Participate in automation projects (Falcon / Planning / Occupancy / mDDP / Daily Sales)
  • Provide data sources to developers
  • Identify automation projects, prepare project plans and present to management

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business / IT / Computer Science / Statistics or related fields
• Minimum of 3 years PowerBI hands-on experience
• Experience in SQL / Data Warehousing / ETL / Tableau / Data lake
• Knowledge in cloud computing such as Azure is advantageous
• Good communication skill, team player, able to work independently
