Data Center Operator

• Technical support to clients via email and phone
• Perform Windows and Linux system operations
• Able to work on shift duty 7x24 operations

Job Responsibilities:

- To provide professional technical support to clients via email and phone
- To perform Windows and Linux system operations, monitoring, routine maintenance, trouble-shooting and incident handling etc.
- To document all necessary technical procedures as knowledge base and define operation procedures
- Additional related responsibilities and duties as assigned

Requirements:
- Basic knowledge system administration and technical support is preferred
- Hands-on experience in Linux/Windows is an advantage
- Holder of RHCT/RHCE, LPI, MCSA, MCSE is an advantage
- Hands-on experience in KVM/VMWare is an advantage
- Good communication skill, fluent in Chinese and English
- Being aggressive, good problem-solving skills, and presentation skills
- Able to work on shift duty 7x24 operations
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as System Engineer
