Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To handle company secretarial tasks (mainly BR and NAR1 regular update)
- To assist in completion of KYC reports for Assistant Compliance Manager (On-job training will be provided)
- To maintain good filing of documents and agreements
- To handle data and follow up all on-going projects assigned
- To do adhoc tasks as request.
Requirements:
- F.5, DSE or above with secretarial training preferred
- At least 1 year of administration and assistant related experience is an advantage
- Ability to organize, multi-tasking and problem solving
- Mature, independent and flexible
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
immediate available is preferred

- 5 days work (9:30 am to 5:00 pm)
