Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • To handle company secretarial tasks (mainly BR and NAR1 regular update)
  • To assist in completion of KYC reports for Assistant Compliance Manager (On-job training will be provided)
  • To maintain good filing of documents and agreements
  • To handle data and follow up all on-going projects assigned
  • To do adhoc tasks as request.

Requirements:

  • F.5, DSE or above with secretarial training preferred
  • At least 1 year of administration and assistant related experience is an advantage
  • Ability to organize, multi-tasking and problem solving
  • Mature, independent and flexible
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • immediate available is preferred

  • 5 days work (9:30 am to 5:00 pm)
