Job Description

Responsibilities

  • To perform data collection, input, sorting and analysis of the departmental quality and safety  competitions and generate reports;
  • To provide technical assistance for Quality and Safety event and its preparation works, including PowerPoint presentations;
  • To perform data input for Public Works and Non Public Wor ks entries of upcoming Considerate Contractors Site Award Scheme
  • To provide technical assistance in knowledge management’s tasks
  • To coordinate and handle safety training returns, safety reports and safety statistics
  • To provide technical assi stance for internal and external IMS audits;
  • To provide support in organizing quality and safety’s events and
  •  Any other duties assigned

 

Reqirements

- possess a Higher Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Automobile, Electronics,
   Computer, Information Technology, or Building Services discipline) from a Hong Kong       
   polytechnic university / polytechnic, the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education or a
   technical institute / technical college, or equivalent; and have a minimum of 5 years’ post
   qualification full time  working experience in the above mentioned engineering field; or
- possess a Higher Diploma in Engineering, Science or Technology field from a Hong Kong
  polytechnic university / polytechnic, the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education or a
  technical institute / technical college, or equivalent; and a minimum of 5 years’ post     
  qualification full time working experience in innovation & technology projects, asset
  digitization, data analysis, predictive maintenance or energy management related to
  electrical and mechanical engineering field [including electrical / mechanical / building 
 services / electronics / information / biomedical systems and equipment or motor 
  vehicles]; or
- possess an associate university degree or above in, Engineering ( Electrical, Mechanical,
  Automobile, Electronics, Computer, Information Technology, or Building Services discipline 
 ), Arts, Business Administration, Marketing, Med ia, Science, Surveying or equivalent with a  minimum 3 years of relevant working  experience ;  and met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and  English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Exam ination (HKDSEE) or  the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent

3-5 years' relevant working experience in customer service with minimum 2 year in supervisory/team leader role

  • Excellent business writing skills with proficient in English and Chinese
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skill.
  • Detail-oriented with good organization and analytical skills
  • Energetic, flexible and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent customer-service mindset, result orientated and with zeal to achieve success
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Shift duty may be required
