DeFi Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution: Develop and oversee detailed project plans, ensuring timely and efficient execution of milestones across the development lifecycle.
• Team Coordination: Collaborate with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and alignment on project objectives.
• Communication: Act as the primary liaison between technical and non-technical teams, simplifying complex concepts and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Process Improvement: Continuously refine and optimize project management processes to enhance team productivity and project outcomes.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Decentralized Application (dApp) Development: Work closely with developers to understand and support the specific needs of decentralized application projects.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management, ideally in the tech or DeFi/Web3 space.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for bridging technical and non-technical gaps.
• Understanding of blockchain technology, DeFi protocols, and decentralized applications (dApps).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
