** Period: 2 months from 1st Oct 2025 to 30th Nov 2025
** Working hour: by roster, 9 hours with 1 hour lunch/dinner between 9:00am to 10:00pm (One day rest day per week)
** Working location: Kai Tak, Indoor working or working inside the stadium.
**Job Description:**
We are looking for a reliable and skilled Deskside Support Engineer to join our team. The role involves providing technical support for PCs, printers, and related equipment, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Maintain and support PCs and related equipment.
- Handle unpacking, packing, and collection of PC equipment.
- Maintain and support printing equipment.
- Collect and manage printing equipment after each event/race.
**Requirements:**
- Education:** University degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Experience:** At least 1 year of deskside support experience, especially in notebook, printer, and RAID troubleshooting.
- Language:** Fluent in Cantonese.
- Skills:**
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Certifications in Windows and Networking are a plus.
