Job Description

We are looking for a Deskside Support to join our client’s fast-growing team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Perform IT end user support, including but not limited to desktops, laptops, mobile phone and related equipment
  • Perform set up & installation of IT devices, software & anti-virus software according to internal policies & procedures
  • Perform basic troubleshooting diagnosis in office applications, printers, networks etc.
  • Responsible for Hardware and Software inventory management
  • Perform well service-oriented mind set and supporting co-ordinate ability
  • Need to work on client's site (Science Park/ Lok Ma Chau)

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above
  • 3-5 year related working experience in technical support role
  • Familiar with Microsoft 365, Aruze Cloud
  • Able to work effectively and independently
  • Proficient in both spoken and written Cantonese, English and Putonghua
  • Fresh graduates also are welcome
  • Immediately available is highly preferable
