Job Description
We are looking for a Deskside Support to join our client’s fast-growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform IT end user support, including but not limited to desktops, laptops, mobile phone and related equipment
- Perform set up & installation of IT devices, software & anti-virus software according to internal policies & procedures
- Perform basic troubleshooting diagnosis in office applications, printers, networks etc.
- Responsible for Hardware and Software inventory management
- Perform well service-oriented mind set and supporting co-ordinate ability
- Need to work on client's site (Science Park/ Lok Ma Chau)
Requirements:
- Diploma or above
- 3-5 year related working experience in technical support role
- Familiar with Microsoft 365, Aruze Cloud
- Able to work effectively and independently
- Proficient in both spoken and written Cantonese, English and Putonghua
- Fresh graduates also are welcome
- Immediately available is highly preferable
