Job Description

Brand Official E-commerce Channel

  • Implement online sales strategy and traffic optimization based on discussion and alignment with Supervisor
  • Plan and execute digital marketing activities, media planning, special promotional campaigns to increase traffic, conversion and sales, with the support of external parties
  • Drive sales to support a fast-growing business in China and other local markets with the support of local teams
  • Manage the daily operations of the e-commerce platform functions on brand official website, e.g. product management, stock management, logistic arrangement, customer services, content & translation with the support of global and local teams
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned
  • Analyse the online sales performance and roll out effective campaigns to reach meet e-commerce KPI (traffic, conversion rate, transaction, sales and etc) with monthly report
  • Analyse market and in-house data to understand consumer behaviours and identify marketing trends and provide regular reports

e-CRM

  • Develop and implement various CRM campaigns, promotions and etc to enhance customer experience, satisfaction and loyalty, with the alignment with marketing team
  • Map out customer journey and CRM gifting plan based on segmentation to drive conversion and improve sales
  • Maintain membership operations: develop content and blast our communication for overall membership, with the support of external parties
  • Responsible for membership follow-up, daily administrative support and the smooth operations of CRM tools for membership activities
  • New projects implementation and perform ad hoc duties
  • Excellent data analysis and CRM reporting skills, with the ability to derive insights and make data-driven decisions
  • Detail-oriented approach to work, with a focus on accuracy and completeness of customer data and program execution

Social Media

  • Develop and implement social media strategies based on discussion and alignment with Supervisor
  • Brief external agencies on annual and monthly global social media calendar based on the global marketing calendar and communication strategy
  • Create compelling and engaging social contents with the support of external agencies
  • Closely monitor community management with the support of external agencies
  • Synchronize content calendar across all social and media channels while adapting content locally, with the support of regional and local teams
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned
  • Monitor the organic and paid social performance with monthly report, with the support of external agencies and local teams
  • Analyse market trends with best practices and propose social campaigns to reach meet KPI (follower, engagement, traffic to website and etc), with the support of external agencies

Requirements

  • Degree holder or above in Marketing/ Business/ eCommerce or related disciplines
  • At least 3-4 years of relevant work experience
  • Solid experience in e-commerce operations or social media operations with content creation
  • Digital agency background is welcome
  • High attention to detail, well organised and able to manage to successfully complete all deliverables
  • Ability to thrive and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Good command in both spoken & written English and Chinese
  • Candidates with more experience may be considered as Senior Digital and E-commerce Executive
