Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Content marketing
    - Develop engaging content for website and social media (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, YouTube etc.) 
    - Conduct interviews with healthcare professionals and advocacy groups as well as develop content based on the interviews for healthcare platforms
    - Provide creative concept and copywriting for advertising and promotion projects

  • Community management
    - Plan and develop content schedule for social media
    - Monitor comments and craft replies

  • Campaign planning and management
    - Formulate strategies and implement digital marketing campaigns, including but not limited to managing social media platforms, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, online influencer engagement, livestreaming, webinars etc.

  • Performance monitoring and optimization
    - Continuously monitor campaign metrics, optimize targeting strategies to achieve key performance indicators

  • Analytics and reporting
    - Regularly evaluate campaign performance, analyze data and convert them into actionable insights 
    - Propose strategic recommendations to achieve pre-set goals and provide solutions to solve problems

  • Industry trends
    - Stay at the forefront of digital marketing trends by researching and studying emerging tools and new trends

Requirements:

  • Basic digital marketing concepts (e.g. google ads, HK and China social media, SEO, SEM experience)
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, attentive to details
  • Energetic, proactive, self-motivated, flexible and able to work under pressure
  • Strong communication skills (English & Chinese)
  • Experience in web development / live streaming / digital / advertising agency is a plus
  • Fresh graduates would also be considered
