DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER

About the role

Technoheat Global Engineering Limited is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in the New Territories. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive engagement, lead generation and sales for our range of engineering solutions and services.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels including social media, email, search and content marketing
• Manage the company's digital presence, including website, social media channels and online advertising campaigns
• Create engaging and high-performing content to attract and convert potential customers
• Analyse campaign performance and use data-driven insights to continuously optimise marketing activities
• Collaborate with the sales team to generate qualified leads and support the customer acquisition process
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to identify new opportunities
• Manage and develop a team of digital marketing specialists

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a digital marketing role, preferably within the engineering or B2B sector
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies across multiple channels
• Excellent copywriting and content creation skills, with the ability to produce engaging and high-quality content
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making
• Experience in leading and managing a team of digital marketing professionals
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends, best practices and technologies
• Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a relevant field
