You'll be responsible for…

• Develop and implement effective online and offline media plans and strategies for clients
• Conduct implementation via ad placement platform, including Google Ads, Meta Ad Manager, LinkedIn Ad Manager, etc
• Provide valuable insights and reports based on campaign performance and suggest corresponding optimization actions to achieve client’s KPI
• Manage campaign budget spend by implementing relevant bidding strategies and keeping track of budget pacing, updating the strategy, and troubleshoot accordingly
• Stay up-to-date on search engine and social media trends and conduct sharing to internal teams

If you are...

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3 years or above experiences in performance marketing or similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw conclusions and make recommendations based on data.
• Familiar with ad management platform, such as Google Ads, Meta Ad Manager, LinkedIn and WeChat Ad Management Platform
• Familiar with 3rd party mar-tech tools such as Ahrefs, SEMRUSH, Fanpage Karma, etc
• Familiar with tracking tools such as Google Tag Manager and Facebook Pixel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational
• A detailed-minded person with ability to work independently, under pressure, and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is advantageous.
• Candidate with more experience shall be considered for Senior Digital Marketing  Specialist
