Job Description

We are looking for a qualified Digital Media Specialist to join our team and lead our marketing initiatives through various media and digital tools. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate our marketing, advertising, and promotional activities effectively.

As the Digital Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic digital media plans that engage our audience, enhance brand awareness, and drive conversions. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of digital platforms and excellent analytical skills to assess performance metrics and optimize campaigns for success.

Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital media strategies across various platforms, including Meta, Google Ads, Microsoft Bing Ads, and others.
  • Create and curate the structure for ad campaigns, including campaigns, ad groups/ad sets, keywords, and ad copy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure ad campaigns align with client business objectives.
  • Generate reports using Google Looker Studio.
  • Analyze digital media performance using GA4 and other tools to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Manage paid digital media campaigns, including setting budgets, monitoring performance, optimizing for maximum ROI, and ensuring alignment with clients' campaign goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital media trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our strategies remain current and competitive.
  • Assist in media research and maintain the daily operations of the media department.
  • Monitor competitor activity in digital spaces to identify opportunities for differentiation.

Qualifications:
 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Media Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, web analytics, and SEO.
  • Experience with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Bing Ads, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is a must.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute meticulously.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under deadlines.
  • Energetic and with enthusiasm and curious mind for the local and global media scene.
