Job Description

As a Digital Project Executive, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the development and implementation of our media products and operational processes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet client needs and align with industry trends, while also optimizing operational efficiency. Responsibilities:

Account Servicing and Project Management:

• Lead the end-to-end management of client and vendor coordination for SEO projects, website development, and design initiatives.
• Engage with clients, internal teams, and external vendors to gather requirements, understand their business objectives and provide tailored consultation to meet their needs.

SEO and Performance Optimization:

Assist in SEO website audits, develop performance reports, implement on-page optimization strategies, and perform competitor analysis to enhance client website visibility and ranking.

Workflow Design and Tool Identification:

• Actively contribute to the design and optimization of workflows to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
• Identify and recommend suitable tools and technologies to support project goals and improve operational processes.

Web Quality Assurance and Content Management:

• Coordinate comprehensive website testing activities, including functional testing, cross-browser compatibility checks, and responsive design verification, to deliver high-quality, error-free websites.
• Partner with design teams to incorporate user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles into website development, ensuring websites are user-friendly, visually appealing, and aligned with client branding.
• Utilize and manage various CMS platforms to streamline content updates, website maintenance, and ensure efficient workflow processes.

Data and Ad Tracking:

• Identify and resolve data discrepancies between dashboard visualizations and ad tracking systems, ensuring accurate performance measurement and reporting.
• Collaborate in testing and implementing new ad products, technologies, and tools to stay ahead of industry advancements.

Industry Trends and Best Practices:

• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital advertising.
• Communicate valuable insights and recommendations to internal teams and clients to drive continuous improvement and innovation in digital marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree holder in marketing, communications, information systems, or related fields
• 1-year relevant experience is preferred
• Proficiency with office applications like Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills, with a strong sense of responsibility
• Proficiency in using data visualization tools like Looker Studio is preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good level of numerical competency and attention to details
• Passionate about digital marketing or new technologies, with a strong desire to learn and grow
• Knowledge of digital advertising channels with a solid understanding of marketing data is an advantage
