Director (Architectural)

Responsibilities 
 

• As leader to manage the architectural team and the architectural projects
• Client management and business development

Requirements 

• Member of HKIA and Authorized Person
• Min. 12 years of working experiences covering design and contract administration of new building, A&A and interior design works
• Good understanding of local building regulations
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
