Job Description

Our company is seeking a talented and versatile individual to join our dynamic team as a Business Operations and IT Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging your expertise in both business administration and information technology to drive strategic initiatives, optimize our operations, provide direct support to the Board of Directors as their Executive Assistant, and lead our digital transformation efforts as we expand into the Greater Bay Area.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Board of Directors as their Executive Assistant, providing administrative support, scheduling, research, and presentation preparation
  • Lead the company's expansion into the Greater Bay Area, including market analysis, business development, and partnership coordination
  • Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and automation
  • Spearhead the company's digital transformation initiatives, including the implementation of new technologies, process optimization, and change management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Design and implement IT systems and applications to support various business functions
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide actionable insights and recommendations
  • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and analytics tools
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in both the local and China markets

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in both business and IT
  • Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence tools
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and project management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and the Board of Directors
  • Familiarity with enterprise software systems, such as ERP, CRM, and cloud-based tools
  • Experience in process improvement, change management, supporting executive-level decision-making, digital transformation, and expanding into new markets is a plus
  • Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to provide high-level administrative support to executives and the Board of Directors
  • Familiar with the relevant procedures and handling of Chinese industrial and commercial affairs
  • Hold a valid Chinese driver's license
  • Willingness and ability to work in both Hong Kong and Mainland China as required
