Bonjour Global Development Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Technology and Innovative Operations to join our dynamic team. This role will be instrumental in driving our technological and operational innovations, aligning with our company's mission and strategic objectives.

What you'll be doing

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for the technology and innovative operations of the company
• Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of cutting-edge technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative processes and systems
• Analyse market trends and industry developments to identify and capitalise on new opportunities
• Manage and mentor a team of technology and operations professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
• Develop and manage the technology and operations budget, optimising resource allocation and expenditure

What we're looking for

• Proven track record of at least 5 years of experience in a technology leadership role, preferably in the Information & Communication Technology industry
• Extensive knowledge and expertise in technology strategy, operations, and project management
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Demonstrated success in leading and motivating high-performing teams
