Job Description

Primary Objectives:
Support and assist Digital & E-Commerce Manager on web content and e-commerce operations

Responsibilities:
E-Commerce Operations

  • Handle day-to-day website operation including product listing and content management
  • Support and drive a smooth e-commerce customer journey including order processing and after-sales service
  • Handle customer inquiries via email, social media, phone
  • E-commerce stock and logistics management
  • Prepare monthly customer service report
  • Research new partnerships and databases to drive website traffic & conversion

Digital Marketing

  • Assist Digital & E-Commerce Manager in creating website content & translation
  • Prepare monthly e-Newsletters to drive e-commerce business
  • Prepare competitor research for insight sharing
  • Draft and prepare creative briefs for website and digital communications
  • Support digital marketing planning and execution to drive new acquisition and sales for e-commerce
  • Assist with campaign performance tracking and analysis
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned 
     

Requirements: 

  • Diploma or above in Business Administration, Communication, or related disciplines
  • Proficient in MS office applications including MS Word, Excel, PPT
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good organization, self-motivated, detail-oriented, resourceful and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Experience in Customer Service is a huge advantage
  • Experience in e-commerce platform management is a plus
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Officer
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
