E-commerce Marketing Executive

About the role

Luxury Concept Limited is seeking an experienced E-commerce Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time role based in our Kowloon Bay office, where you will play a pivotal part in driving the growth and success of our online retail presence.

What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing effective e-commerce marketing strategies to increase website traffic, improve conversion rates, and boost online sales
Managing and optimising online marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including search, social media, email, and display advertising
Analysing website analytics and customer data to identify opportunities for improvement and measure the success of marketing initiatives
Collaborating with the creative team to produce engaging and visually appealing digital content
Staying up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices
Providing regular performance reports and recommendations to the management

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce marketing or digital marketing, preferably in the retail or luxury industry
Proficient in using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, and Hootsuite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights and recommendations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Creativity and a keen eye for visual design, with the ability to collaborate with the creative team
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, content management systems, and online advertising platforms
Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field
