Job responsibilities
1. overall control of the company's e-commerce platform operations, develop and implement annual, quarterly and monthly sales targets and operational plans, leading the team to achieve performance growth targets.
2. accurately analyze market trends, competitor dynamics and consumer demand, optimize store product layout, enhance product competitiveness, and achieve efficient conversion of traffic and conversion rate.
3. responsible for marketing and promotion planning and implementation, skilled use of various types of e-commerce marketing tools, accurate placement of advertising resources, effectively enhance store exposure, clicks and sales, while reasonably controlling marketing costs.
4, dig deep into the platform rules and algorithms, and actively strive for platform resource support to promote store ranking and weight optimization, to ensure the stable development of the store.
5. Manage and optimize the store page layout, product display and shopping process, collaborate with the design team to create a quality user experience, improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, and promote the growth of repurchase rate.
6. establish and improve the e-commerce operation data analysis system, output regular operation reports, adjust operation strategy based on data insights, and provide strong basis for company decision-making.
7. Responsible for team building and talent training, reasonable division of labor, effective incentives, to create a high-performance operations team, and constantly improve the team's overall combat effectiveness.
Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in e-commerce, marketing or other related majors is preferred, more than 1-3 years of e-commerce operation and management experience, familiar with mainstream e-commerce platform operation mode.
2. excellent strategic vision and market analysis ability, able to accurately grasp the industry dynamics, formulate practical operational strategies to achieve rapid business growth and breakthroughs.
3. Proficient in e-commerce platform marketing and promotion skills, familiar with all kinds of advertising channels and tools, with successful marketing cases and practical experience, and able to effectively improve the marketing effect and ROI of the store.
4. excellent data analysis skills, able to skillfully use data analysis tools, extract key information from massive data, provide data support and optimization direction for operational decision-making.
5. excellent team management skills, able to reasonably set up, train and motivate team members, with good communication and coordination skills and cross-departmental cooperation spirit, to effectively promote the progress of the project.
