Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result driven E-Commerce Professional to manage and to enhance our online shopping platforms , including Shopify and HKTV Mall. This role will focus on optimising our online presence through SEO, keyword management, and effective marketing campaign development.
Key Responsibilities:
1. E-Commerce Management:
- Administer and optimize the Shopify store and HKTV Mall platform.
- Ensure product listings are accurate, engaging, and reflective of brand guidelines.
- Monitor site performance, user experience, and conversion rates, implementing improvements as necessary.
2. SEO and Keyword Management:
- Conduct keyword research to identify high-impact keywords for product pages, category pages, and blog content.
- Optimize on-page SEO elements including title tags, meta descriptions, product descriptions, and URLs.
- Analyze website traffic and search engine rankings, utilizing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to drive SEO strategies.
3. Marketing Campaign Development:
- Develop and execute online marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and enhance conversions.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing marketing content (banners, ads, email marketing).
- Manage social media accounts, creating a cohesive brand presence across platforms.
4. Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of e-commerce strategies and campaigns.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, traffic, and marketing initiatives, presenting insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
5. Collaboration and Communication:
- Liaise with cross-functional teams including inventory management, customer service, and logistics to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends, competitor strategies, and market shifts to keep our offerings relevant and competitive.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably with Shopify and HKTV Mall.
- Proven experience with SEO best practices and keyword management.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels including email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using tools like Google Analytics and SEO software.
- Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
