Engineer - Building Services

• Engineer - Building Services
• 3 -5 years experience in capital/ A&A works
• Holder of valid green card

Job Duties:

• Execute day-to-day engineering work, supervise work progress and coordinate various activities at construction
• Prepare regular progress reports
• Provide on-site engineering and coordination support during the construction phase
• Coordinate with main contractors and liaise with clients, architects, utilities and consultants on all E&M matters
• Oversee and ensure that the design and maintenance of building systems
• Coordinate with all the relevant parties to ensure safety during the implementation of maintenance works

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering or related discipline
• 3 -5 years experience in Building Services
• Experience in capital/ A&A works is preferable
• Good commands of English and Chinese languages
• Holder of valid green card
