Engineering Assistant - Tender

Job Duties:

• Assist in preparing technical proposals for pre-qualification and tender submissions, including tender programs, method statements, site layout plans, and construction sequence drawings.
• Liaise with the suppliers and sub-contractors to collect quotations, and strict adherence to the technical and contractual requirements.
• Assist in preparing replies to tender queries on technical matters.
• Attend pre-tender briefings, site visits and tender interviews
• Perform any ad hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar discipline
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in clerical / administration experience, preferably in a construction/engineering firm
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word processing
• Good command of English/Chinese/Putonghua
• Responsible, polite, diligent, good communication skills and a good team player
